an early project hypothesis and
solution(s). We extensively use
our web-based information management
tools for communication with the
clients. Data analysis and visualization
techniques are instrumental in
generating our hypotheses. These
solution hypotheses are validated
or modified through the accumulation
of more information as the project

helps guide future efforts in
reduction of data gaps. The hypothesis
is used by our Project Manager(s)
