The Limited Company was founded in 1997 by Dr. Ian Webster (President), and is staffed with best-in-class engineers, project management professionals from the oil and gas and environmental engineering sectors, and graphic and web-designers. Project Navigator partly owns Optimum E & P Waste Solutions L.L.C., which supplies waste management services to the oil and gas sector, particularly in West Africa. Project Navigator's sister organization, Company Navigator (www.companynavigator.com), provides business consulting and risk management services that complement our environmental services. Project Navigator, Ltd. operates in a teamwork fashion, whereby each allied partner provides complementary skills.
