Our core competence is cost-effective,
strategic analysis, planning and management
of environmental projects.
Project Navigator, Ltd. works directly
with the client to understand their
concerns, and manage their interests
throughout the duration of the project.
Together with the client, we assess
and rank project risks and develop an
environmental strategy to proceed, taking
into account the calculated risks.
Our services do not compete with those
offered by conventional environmental
engineering and commodity service companies.
We act as project representatives for
our clients, the project owners, and
help them efficiently manage resources.
We assist our clients in maximising
project performance, whether it is measured
by the project cost, schedule, scope,
risk, or a combination of these factors.
Additionally, Project Navigator has
extensive experience working with regulatory
entities and assisting the client to
derive cost-effective compliance solutions.
We pride ourselves in creative problem
solving, using our in-house developed
hypothesis-driven problem resolution
method (To learn more about our Site-Hypothesis
(SH) driven problem solving technique,
read Solving
Contaminated Site Problems Cost-Effectively).
We communicate our strategies and solutions
in a visually clear and concise manner.
Project Navigator makes extensive use
of analysis and visualisation techniques
in what we call project visualisation.
With the aid of these techniques, complex
data and information can be transformed
into clearly understandable processes.
We believe clients are in a better position
to understand, assimilate and make real-time
decisions if they can visualise the
entire project terrain.
Project Navigator, Ltd. has developed
a formalised system to organize information
in our knowledge repositories. This
system, known as knowledge management
(KM), is a systematic process that utilises
state-of-the-art tools for problem solving.
Such tools can be subdivided in two
categories:
Information & Project Visualisation
Project Navigator, Ltd. employs Geographical
Information System (GIS) and Environmental
Visualisation System (EVS) techniques
to store, interpret and analyse project
data and information.
To assist our clients in what we term
Project Visualisation, we use 5 main
techniques including:
